Return & Refund policy

We are confident you will love your purchase. If however, you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase, our returns policy is outlined below:

 

  1. If you have changed your mind, we are happy to exchange the item, or provide you with a store credit provided that you contact us within 7 days of delivery of the parcel. The item must be in its original condition and packaging, and is in sellable condition. Store credits will be valid with Living Mode for a period of ninety (90) days from date of issue.
  2. Only full priced items may be returned. We do not offer returns or exchanges on sale or discounted items.
  3. Return shipping costs will not be covered by Living Mode. Original shipping costs are also non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
  4. If an item is returned as it is faulty or damaged, return shipping costs will be covered by Living Mode.
  5. Please ensure you contact us at sales@livingmode.com.au prior to returning any item. Please include in your email the name, suburb of delivery, order number, date of purchase and (for damaged product returns) attach a photo of damaged product and/or packaging as well as the invoice.
  6. Please ensure all returns are sent to Living Mode, PO Box 148 Enfield NSW 2136.
  7. It is advised that you register your return to ensure it can be tracked, as Living Mode accepts no responsibility for items lost in transit.
  8. Items to be exchanged need to be received by Living Mode prior to the exchanged item being shipped.
