Return & Refund policy
We are confident you will love your purchase. If however, you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase, our returns policy is outlined below:
- If you have changed your mind, we are happy to exchange the item, or provide you with a store credit provided that you contact us within 7 days of delivery of the parcel. The item must be in its original condition and packaging, and is in sellable condition. Store credits will be valid with Living Mode for a period of ninety (90) days from date of issue.
- Only full priced items may be returned. We do not offer returns or exchanges on sale or discounted items.
- Return shipping costs will not be covered by Living Mode. Original shipping costs are also non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
- If an item is returned as it is faulty or damaged, return shipping costs will be covered by Living Mode.
- Please ensure you contact us at sales@livingmode.com.au prior to returning any item. Please include in your email the name, suburb of delivery, order number, date of purchase and (for damaged product returns) attach a photo of damaged product and/or packaging as well as the invoice.
- Please ensure all returns are sent to Living Mode, PO Box 148 Enfield NSW 2136.
- It is advised that you register your return to ensure it can be tracked, as Living Mode accepts no responsibility for items lost in transit.
- Items to be exchanged need to be received by Living Mode prior to the exchanged item being shipped.
